Musicians who submit promotional materials and authorize their use grant Icehouse GS LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute those authorized materials for purposes related to promoting the musician's performances and activities at Icehouse Tap Room.

Authorized uses may include:

Musician profile pages on our website
Event listings and entertainment calendars
Social media posts
Digital advertisements
Event flyers and promotional graphics
Other promotional materials related to performances at Icehouse Tap Room

This permission does not transfer ownership of the submitted materials to Icehouse GS LLC.
